Autius is a driving school operating across several Spanish cities. Learners study the theory online, book practical lessons when it suits them, and pay by card — all in one place. We build and run the whole platform: the public site, the student mobile app, the booking engine, and the admin tools the branches use every day.
02 — The challenge
Driving schools still run on paper diaries, WhatsApp groups, and cash. Students had no way to see instructor availability, staff spent their day rearranging lessons by phone, and every new city meant duplicating the same admin from scratch. The business needed a system that could take enrolments and payments online and scale to more cities without adding more back-office work.
03 — The solution
We built a platform around the way learners actually behave. The marketing site has its own pages for each city so people find their nearest branch first, the theory course runs online from day one, and lesson booking and payment happen in the app — no phone call required. Behind it, one admin dashboard covers instructors, calendars, and invoicing for every branch.
04 — How it helps
Students enrol without a phone call
Choose a course, pay by card, and start the theory the same day. Enrolments arrive around the clock instead of only during office hours.
Lessons get booked in the app
Learners see real instructor availability and book or reschedule themselves. Staff stop spending their mornings on the phone rearranging the diary.
Every city has its own front door
Each branch gets dedicated pages with local prices, schedules, and a map — so a search for a driving school in that city lands on the right page.
One dashboard runs the whole network
Instructors, calendars, payments, and student records live in a single system, so opening a new city doesn't mean hiring more admin staff.

Autius runs as a proper digital product rather than a set of branch diaries: students enrol and pay online, book their own lessons from their phone, and the office manages every city from one dashboard. New locations launch on the same platform instead of starting over.
